BEFORE YOU UPLOAD.....

Just a couple of last reminders:  Fax (520-797-1526) us a proof of your job consisting of a composite and color separations of each page from the final version of your file. We will compare these proofs with what we print to make sure what we produce is what you had in mind.  Please number the pages and indicate on the pages how folds need to be done and how pages might fit together into a book form or as 2-sided pages.

Also, make sure the files are as small and clean as possible. Eliminate any unused items from the pasteboard and unused spot/process colors. Then do a "Save As" and save the final, clean and smaller file, over the old file.

Finally, use a file compression program such as WIN ZIP to gather together all of the elements you need to send us into one file and compress them for upload to us.  For a free copy of WIN ZIP and instructions on installing it and using it click here.
